Requirements for you to take part in the Gap customer survey

To take part in the Gap customer survey, you need to be equipped with a computing device that has a browser application and that is connected to the Internet. You also need to have shopped at one of Gap’s stores, and to have kept a copy of the Gap receipt with you.

Steps to follow when taking part in the Gap customer survey

  • Firstly, you need to go to the Gap customer survey site. To do so, you need to put your computing device on, and then launch the browser application. Then you need to enter the address/URL for the Gap customer survey site into the browser application. The address/URL we have just made reference to is provided in the ‘links’ section of this article. When you enter that address/URL into your browser application, you are taken straight to the Gap customer survey site.
  • When you get to the Gap customer survey site, on the landing page, you’ll be required to select the language you wish to use while participating in the survey. You do so by clicking on the appropriate language link.
  • When you click on the appropriate language link, you are taken to another screen, where you are required to enter certain details from your Gap receipt. As required, enter the date, time, store number, transaction number, age and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • When you click on the ‘Submit’ button, the actual Gap customer survey starts running. Your bit is to answer the questions in the Gap survey, and in just a few minutes, you will have completed the exercise.
