  • Firstly, you need to go to the warranty page of the OfficeMax website. To do this, you need to put your computing device on, and then launch the browser application. When you enter that address/URL into your browser application, you are taken straight to the warranty page of the OfficeMax website.   • When you get to the said web page, you will notice that there is a green-colored button that says ‘Register a Plan’. This is the button to click on if you wish to join an OfficeMax protection plan.
  • On the Office Depot performance protection plans page, there is also a button that says ‘File a claim’. This is the button to click on, if you wish to manage your plan by way of filing a claim.
  • If you scroll down the page a little bit, you will find a section for tracking claims. If you wish to manage your plan by way of tracking the status of a claim you had filed earlier, click on the ‘Track a Claim Now’ button, then enter the required details, to track the status of the claim.
  • If you scroll back to the top of the page, towards the top right hand corner of the Office Depot performance protection plans page, there is a ‘Sign in’ button. You can click on this button, and then enter the required login credentials. After that, you will be able to manage your protection plan in all other ways – including saving receipts, adding product care plans, filing claims… and so on.
